Hilda
Pressman, MA, CCC, BRS-S Ms. Pressman has many years of experience as a clinician in acute care hospitals and as program administrator in speech-language pathology and audiology. Additionally, she has extensive experience in instrumental and clinical evaluation of feeding and swallowing disorders in individuals with developmental disability. She has treated infants, children and adults with a variety of medical and developmental conditions. She has consulted to schools as well as residential and day treatment centers for people with developmental disability and swallowing and feeding disorders (dysphagia). She has been instrumental in the development of teams for managing children with dysphagia and children with cleft lip and palate. In addition to her consultation services she provides treatment services to individuals with dysphagia in Early Intervention Programs and in her private practice. Ms Pressman is a Member of the Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology Advisory Committee, Division of Consumer Affairs, State of New Jersey and Chairperson, Healthcare Committee, New Jersey Speech-Language-Hearing Association. She has provided workshops on dysphagia throughout the United States and organized national conferences on dysphagia management in children and adults. Honors and Awards:
